Neighboring properties expressed concern <br />for noise levels. Planning and Zoning rec~ed approval of the request <br />with terms to be included in the permit that would require review of the <br />permit upon receipt of ca~pl~ts and revocation of the pe__rm_!t if cc~plaint <br />situations cannot be resolved. <br /> <br />Mr. Duggan stated that vibrations iran the operation are neglible when the <br />drop forge hammer is lxoperly based. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Cox to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0156, amended as follows, relating to Mr. Richard <br />Duggan's request for a conditional use <br /> <br />Add Item %22 to read as follows.. Councilmember Pearson stated that <br />Planning and Zoning felt that the permit would be subject to revocation if <br />noise levels exceeded State standards.
