There <br />are still drainage concerns; additional soil borings have not been provided <br />to determine the huildability of the proposed lots. <br /> <br />Mr. Bertils stated that it is up to the Building Inspector to detenmine lot <br />buil~hility. <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the City required Stanhope Kills to fill any <br />deficient lots before signing off on the final plat.
