Rotary Systems Site Plan Review <br />June 23, 2004 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Lighting: The exterior building elevations identify eleven (11) wall mounted light fixtures. City <br />commercial lighting standards require that the luminaire (light source) must not be visible from <br />beyond the property, line. Light fixture drawings and specs must be submitted to the City for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />Storm Water Management Fee: The stormwater management fee will be paid through the Tax <br />Increment Financing (TIF) a~eement. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: These fees will be paid through the TIF agreement. <br /> <br />REU Number: The site is 2.13 acres in size and has an impervious area of 82.1%. Therefore, <br />the parcel will have a-residential equivalent unit (REU) of 8.41 for purposes of quarterly billing <br />for the s'tormwater utility. <br /> <br />'The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 1, 2004 at the Ramsey <br />Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan.
