A special P g Z meeting and public hearing has <br />been set for November 29, 1985 to review the P.U.D. <br /> <br />Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: City council <br />agreed to accept a four-year maintenance bond to guarantee <br />that the streets hold up in the development. <br /> <br />Dm <br /> <br />Pondvale Estates: Mr. Mary Kytonen, the new developer on <br />~his project, was given until July 1, 1984 to pave the <br />streets, at the September 27, 1983 council meeting. <br /> <br />Meadowbrook Estates: The City council, at its September <br />27, 1985 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat <br />until April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Hy-10 Ramsey: The City council, at its September 27, 1983 <br />meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br />April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Ramsey Commons: The City council, at its September 27, <br />1985 meeting, extended the filing date on this plat until <br />April 1, 1984. <br /> <br />Sorteber~'s 2nd Addition: The developer was granted final <br />plat approval at the September 27, 1985 council meeting. <br /> <br />Beaudry's 2nd Addition: I have met with the contractor and he <br />has agreed to remove and replace problem areas on this project <br />next spring. Please refer to the letter included in your <br />agenda under engineering old business. <br /> <br /> <br />
