Since that time wet weathem conditions have <br />prevented the contractor from completinG the final Grading. <br />This will be completed when the weather permits. <br /> <br />Feasibility for Flintwood Hills 2nd Addition Utilities: The <br /> <br />developer made an escrow deposit to cover the cost of the <br />feasibility on November 16, 1985. I will begin work on this <br />feasibility upon receipt of a preliminary copy of their P.U.D. <br />plan. <br /> <br />Ramsey Landfill Monitoring Data: As requested at your October <br />25, 1983 Council meeting, I have compiled a summary of ground <br />water monitoring data for the Ramsey Landfill. This summary <br />includes data which dates back to 1972. A copy of this <br />summary is included with your agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />
