This dwelling unit was brought to the <br />City's attention after the first public hearing. Accordingly, we are conducting <br />a second public hearing. <br /> <br />Enclosure (Dl-a) contains the public hearing notice and a map of the area for <br />your information. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove by resolution of <br />assessing the above named property for an additional unit assessment in the amount <br />of $Z31.16. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your <br />consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to adopt Resolution #83- <br />to assess an additional unit assessment to Plat 89ZSZ, Parcel 5400, laiN <br />19-3Z-Z4-3Z-0001 in the amount of $Z31.16 for Sealcoating Street Improvement <br />Project ~83-1Z.
