Voting Yes: Chairm~n Peterson, Co~mnissioners Deemer, Kennen, <br />Zimmerman, LaDue and Hendridksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Co~mLissioner <br />Schneider. <br /> <br />Mr. Berg noted that ordinance does not require that t~ PUD be brought back to <br />Planning and Zoning for final review unless the developer is requested to do so. <br /> <br />Consensus is that P & Z would like the opportunity of a final review of the PUD. <br /> <br />Mr. Carson stated that it was the intention of the developer to do so. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and secon~dby Commissioner Deemer to recommend <br />approval of the preliminary plans for the planned unit development known as <br />Flintwood Hills Second Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, Kennen, <br />Zimmerman, LaDue and Hendricksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Co~missioner <br />Schneider. <br /> <br />Case #3: Unauthorized Sale Of Wood At 15020 Potassium Street: <br /> <br />Mr. Arnold Klar was present and stated that the wood on his prol~erty is stacked <br />very neatly and customers do not co~ to his residence to buy the wood. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle and Mr. Berg agreed that Mr. Klar's woo~es are stacked very <br />neatly but it would be in Mr. Klar's best interest to apply for a conditional <br />use permit;.that no complaints have been made at City Hall but commercial <br />vehicles are being parked on the property. <br /> <br />Mr. Klar was agreeable to applying for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />~he P & Z Commission requested Staff to place Mr. Klar's request for a conditional <br />use permit on the agenda for January. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 8:38 p.m. <br /> <br />Case #4: Wood Pile Ordinance: <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that .Mr. ~erg.,~repare an ordinance using as a ~el <br />Coon ]~apids Woo~ Pile Ordinance, 4eleting the ~r~s 'from a public street <br />right-of-way' from Section 8-903. A public hearing regarding this ordinance <br />will be scheduled for the January P & Z Meeting. <br /> <br />Case #5: ~pda%_in~ Of Shoreline Management Ordinance: <br /> <br />The following classifications were recommended and agreed upon: <br /> <br />_.
