· ' FINDINGS OF FACT 00 <br /> <br /> Dick Hagen <br /> <br />1) That the applicant has properly applied for rezoning of his property. <br /> <br />Z) That the applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public <br />hearing on Ma}, 1, 1984. That said public hearing was properly advertised and that the <br />minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by <br />reference. <br /> <br />3) That the applicant's request is to rezone his property from R-l, Residential, to B-l, <br />Business. <br /> <br />4) That the existing use is retail sales which was grandfathered in. <br /> <br />5) That the property is adjoined by R-l, Residential, zoning on three sides and 15-1, <br />Business, zoninR on the remaining side. <br /> <br />6) That the authorization of said zoning will not be of any detriment to the adjoining <br />properties which are vacant. <br /> <br /> <br />
