ORDINANCE %84-20 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA O0UNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 10.09 AND %83-11 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />"PERSONNEL POLICY" G~APTER OF ~/~E CITY CODE. <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Section 10.098 Paragraph 1 of the City Code <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 10.098 Paragraph 1 entitled Sick Leave shall be <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />1) Every probationary and permanent employee is <br />entitled to sick leave with pay at the rate of one <br />day for each calendar month of full-time service <br />or major fraction thereof. Sick leave may be <br />accrued to a maximum of 120 days at a rate of one <br />day per month. Unused sick leave in excess of 120 <br />days at the end of a calendar year (January lst) <br />shall be converted to vacation at a rate of one <br />hour vacation for each two hours of sick leave in <br />excess of 120 days. Any employee terminating <br />employment shall be paid at his/her current rate <br />of pay as follows: <br /> <br /> 5 years of employment - 40% <br />10 years of employment - 45% <br />15 years of employment - 50% <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
