It has been requested that this <br />ordinance be d, anged and that such payment upon termination would be <br />made based on the nu~be~ of years of service as follows: <br /> <br /> 5 years - 40% <br />l0 years - 45% <br />15 years - 50% <br /> <br />~his has also been discussed with th~ Personnel (k~mittee. <br />(D2-m) contains the proposed ordinance change. <br /> <br />Enclosure <br /> <br />Qouncil Action: Your action will be required on personnel salaries <br />and fringe benefits as follows: <br /> <br /> a) 1985 proposed salary ranges for City positions - Every year <br />the City establishes the salary ranges for all of its positions which <br />oonstitutes an adjusbnent plus a cost of living factor. Enclosure <br />(D2-n) contains the proposed resolution which you will have to approve <br />or disapprove. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dis- <br />pense with the reading of the proposed resolution. ~he following pro- <br />p~sed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to approve <br />Resolution 184- adopting salary ranges for all City posi- <br />tions. Please refer to resolution file for Resolution 184-, .... . <br /> <br />Motion carried. You have received the non-union ~ployees' <br />request, the City A~ministrator's recommendation and the Personnel <br />Om~mittee's r~r~tion and other ancillary information pertinent <br />to the proposed salary increases.
