Signed agreements <br />are necessary for the encumbrance of State Funds to cover services performed, <br />as stated in your consulting contract with Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Incorporated (HAA). This proposed contract between the City of Ramsey and <br />HAA should be submitted to our office for review and comments as soon as <br />possible.
