Waler Trealmenl Services <br /> <br />H(~fmyw£,ll will prowde a v,,ale~ trealmen', program to~ the. toJlowmg systems <br /> 732,000 BTU Hot Water Boiler System. <br /> <br />PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A computer-scheduled treatment program for control of scale, corrosion, and biological fouling will be provided to <br />preserve the equipment, maximize ds efhciency, and minimize malfunctions. <br /> <br />We wilt regularly examine, test. and adlust all treatment devices and pedorm periodic water analysis <br /> <br />On systems requiring continuous water analysis, the electronic monitoring system will be 'installed and'or maintained. <br />This unit is programmed to analyze the water and automatically adjust chemical feed and bleed intervals. <br /> <br />SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS <br /> <br />Honeywell will provide and'or maintain a~ monitoring equipment and supply non-polluting, biodegradable chemicals <br />necessary to maintain proper treatment <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICE <br /> <br />Every activity performed under this agreement is designed to minimize the incidence of emergency situations. However, <br />back-up emergency service will be provided 24 hours a day to minimize downtime and inconvenience. <br /> <br />NOTE: All monitoring and application equipment that we suppty will remain the property of Honeywell. <br /> <br /> <br />
