If repairs are found necessary upon initial <br />inspection or inmal seasonal start-up, repair charges will be submitted lot approval. Should these charges be dechned, <br />those non-maintainable items will be eliminated from the program and the agreement price adiusted accordingly <br /> <br />It is understood that the repair, replacement, and emergency service provisions apply only to the systems and equipment <br />covered by lhts agreement. Repatr or replacement of non-maintainable pads of the system such as, but not limited to, <br />ductwork, p~ping, shell and tube (for boilers, evaporators, condensers, and chillers), unit cabinets, boiler refractory <br />material, insulating material, electrical wiring, hydronic and pneumatic piping, structural supports, and other non-moving <br />parts, is not included under this agreement. <br /> <br />In the event that the system or any equipment component thereqf !.~ altered, modified, changed, or moved, this agreement <br />may be immediately terminated at Honeywell's option. <br /> <br />CHARGES <br /> <br />Honeywell may annually adjust any charges for ongoing maintenance or service based on prevailing labor and material <br />costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
