Presently, the park is
partially developed with playground equipment and a small informal ballfield.
The park is marked by natural terracing and if fully landscaped could become
a beautiful mini park. On the west side is a small surface drainage area
surrounded heavily with trees.

As the surrounding area develops, plans should be designed for making this
a better mini park with possible expansion to the east. In the meantime,
existing facilities should be adequately maintained.

TROTT BROOK ESTATES - SPECIAL USE - LINEAR

This site has been acquired so that in the future it can be linked with a trail
system along Trott Brook. There is a portion of high ground which could
possibly be used as a picnic/resting area but is not designed for high volume
traffic, but rather, intended to be used primarily by nearby property owners.

OAKRIDGE ESTATES - SPECIAL USE - LINEAR

This park contains 37.5 acres and has been acquired so that in the future it
can be linked with a trail system along Trott Brook. High ground has been
provided along County Road 83 for future parking.

36
