The Minnesota Department of Transportation's seed mixture <br />No. 5 ,~is tl~ probable mix to l~e used in the turf establishment. The <br />seed mix contains: <br /> <br /> Vegetation Type Percent by weight <br /> <br />Park Kentucky Bluegrass <br /> <br />Smooth Bromegrass <br /> <br />Red Top <br /> <br />Timothy <br /> <br />Perennial Ryegrass <br /> <br />White Clover <br /> <br />Empire Birdsfoot Trefoil <br /> <br />40 <br /> <br />14 <br /> 6 <br /> 8 <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> ~he turf cover will be inspected by the Department one year after <br /> <br />:the above seeding, mulching and/or fertilizing for adequacy. 6. Certification <br /> Upon completion of the activities listed in items 1 through 5 <br /> above, the Department will be provided with a certification by a <br /> qualified registered professional engineer that the landfill has been <br /> closed in accordance with the approved plans, ordinances, and license <br /> conditions. The certification shall be submitted no later than sixty <br /> (60) days following completion of said landfill closure activities. <br /> The landfill owner and operator will submit a detailed description <br /> of the landfill site ~o the Department and t6 {he-"~'~tY-'i-e'gistrar of <br /> deeds. This description shall include the general type, quantity and <br /> location of deposited solid waste, the depth of waste fill, original <br /> and final terrain d~scriptions, and other pertinent characteristics of <br /> the completed sanitary landfill site.~.~' <br /> ~2proval of the landfill closure by the County shall be based/~ <br />~,the prof. ess_ional~, engineer's certification. , <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
