SECTION 01 41 00 <br />REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br />PART 1— GENERAL <br />1.01 SUMMARY <br />This Section lists those permits referred to in the General Conditions, Section 6.08 that are applicable to this project. <br />A. Permits obtained by Contractor. <br />1. The Contractor shall be separately responsible for obtaining the National Pollution Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) Permit from the MPCA. <br />2. City of Ramsey Building Permit. <br />3. City of Ramsey Contractors License. <br />Contractor shall be responsible for posting any bonds that may be required as a condition to any Owner or <br />Contractor obtained permit.
