Additional <br />tests may be taken depending on the variability of the <br />mater i al. <br /> <br />Phase Development. The permittee shall develop the site in phases <br />~f six months in duration for the term of this permit as illustrated <br />on sheets 3, 4, and 5 of the July 1, 1983 plans. <br /> <br />Equipme_nt.. The permittee shall utilize the following equipment or <br />~ts equivalent for operation of the landfill. <br /> <br />2 - Rex Compactors (one Model 370, one Model 350) <br />2 - Model 4q4 International Scrapers <br />1 - Model 860 John Deere Scraper <br />1 - Caterpillar D-8 Dozer <br />1 - Caterpillar Model 970 Front End Loader <br />1 - Ford 8,000 gallon Water Truck <br />2 - John Deere Tractors (Models 1530 and 3010) <br />1 - Stahl Vac Paper Vacuum <br /> <br />End Use. The end use of the completed landfill will be public <br />open space. <br /> <br />Methane Gas. A methane gas collection and venting system will be <br />operated along the north and west property boundaries. <br /> <br />Thirty-two gas monitoring probes located between the collection <br />system and the property line shall be sampled for methane concen- <br />tration on a semi-weekly basis. <br /> <br />The gas venting system shall be inspected on a daily basis to <br />insure that it is in proper operating condition. <br /> <br />All monitoring and maintenance procedures shall be implemented as <br />identified in the October, 1981 document titled "Monitoring and <br />Maintenance Procedures Landfill Gas Extraction and Control System <br />Anoka Sanitary Landfill," which is hereby made a part of this permit. <br /> <br />Methane gas will be utilized by Waltek, Inc. in accordance with <br />methane gas control system modification plans dated September 19, <br />1983. Condensate from transported gas will be collected and <br />distributed back into the landfill at a rate no greater than 20 <br />gallons per day. <br /> <br />Plans and Specifications. The permittee shall operate the disposal <br />~ystem covered by this permit in accordance with the permit appli- <br />cation dated June, 1983 and plans dated June, 1983 and July 1, 1983, <br />which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
