I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />to either increase or decrease monitoring requirements. <br />Following the initial post-closure re-evaluation, monitoring <br />shall continue as required by the Director for a period of <br />15 additional years (20 total years post-closure). If no <br />contamination is detected during this period, monitoring <br />may cease at the site. All wells shall be abandoned in <br />accordance with the Minnesota Water Well Construction Code, <br />? MCAR §§ 1.210 - 1.224, when monitoring ceases. <br /> <br />C. Financial Assurance. Within six months of issuance of this permit, <br /> the permittee shall submit documentation for the Director's approval <br /> which demonstrates the establishment of financial assurance for the <br /> proper closure, post-closure care and monitoring of the facility. <br /> The documentation shall include an inflation adjusted cost estimate <br /> for closure, long-term care and monitoring and a description of the <br /> financial instruments which assure the proper closure, long-term <br /> ~. care and monitoring of the facility in accordance with this permit. <br /> <br />D. Closure Certification. The permittee shall notify the Director <br /> when closure is completed and shall submit a closure certification <br /> for approval by the Director. The certification, signed by the <br /> · project engineer, shall certify, with any exceptions listed, that <br /> the closure has been completed in accordance with the plans and <br /> specifications and this permit. It shall be certified that a <br /> Director-approved water monitoring system is functional. <br /> <br />Early Closure. If the permittee elects to close the facility during <br />the term of this permit, closure of the facility shall proceed in <br />accordance with the above requirements. <br /> <br />Part IV. <br /> A. <br /> <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> <br />The permittee shall construct and operate the disposal system in <br />accordance with the provisions of this permit and any applicable <br />statute, rule, regulation, standard, or order. <br /> <br />The permittee shall not knowingly make any false statement, <br />representation or certification in any record, report, plan, or <br />other document required to be submitted to the MPCA.under this <br />permit. The permittee shall immediately upon discovery report <br />to the MPCA any errors in such reports, plans, or other <br />documents. <br /> <br />The permittee shall allow the MPCA or any authorized employee <br />or agent of the MPCA to enter upon any property, owned or <br />controlled by the permittee, for the purposes of examining and <br />copying nonprivileged records, conducting inspections, surveys, <br /> <br /> <br />
