Tha~ each city council, as veil es Renneptn County and Anoka County, <br /> designate one of its elected nexnbers to serve as participants ~n the deliberations <br /> of c~h~$ task force. That the co~,~ttee be formed and begin its york during the <br /> month of April, 198~, and proceed to receive test~anony and input from each and <br /> every appropriate agency, indiv~dua~, and private sector and public sector body, <br /> so as to reach a recommendation for Joint action and/or recommendation of the <br /> participating con~ran~ties by Ju~y 1, 198t4. <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />Following discussi~n, ~ouncilmau ~eaver made · formal motion, seconded'by Council- <br />man Harm, that a ~ask torte be formed, made up of one elected representative from <br /> <br />each of the cities of Anoka, Ramsey, Champlin and Dayton, as well as from Sennepin <br />and Anoka Counties, for the express purpose as stated in his memorandum. Upon <br />voice vote Ltl voted yes.
