One of the major concerns of this project is the impact the on-site septic systems and impervious surface coverage will have on the ground water and surface water. ~he City has stringent guidelines for the construction and siting of septic systems. The City also restricts the ~mount of impervious surface coverage allowed in accordance with the reoommendations of the I~R. In addition, any filling in or near any wetland, flood plain, or shore/and in the dsvelolm~nt is subject to DiOR .approvals and permits. Acoess to the deve/ol~ent fr~m Trunk Bighay 10/169 is subject to the approval and permit prooess of MN/DOT. Ramsey's 1990 Comprehensive Plan; B. (hapter 170.01 of hhe Ramsey City Code - Zoning Ordinance; C. Ra~sey Ordinanoe 79-3 regulating the development of flood plain areas; D. Ramsey Ordinance 83-13 regarding park and open space dedication requi re~ents; E. Ramsey Ordinance 84-2 regulating sewage disposal systems; F. Ramsey l%esolution 85-82 establishing policy for calculating clen~ity of rural residential develotments; and G. Ramsey Ordinance 85-2 regulating the development of wetlands and shore/ends.
