Archeological and ~istorical Sites

~here may be significant archeological or historical resources on the
site. ~he site is currently being surveyed for any arcbeologically or
historically significant sites as specified by the Minnesota
Historical Society.

I. Density

~e Metropolitan Council has stated its concerns regarding the
residential density of the proposed development. The residential
density of the ompleted project will be approximately 1 residential
unit for each 4.9 acres.

In 1985, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution %85-82 which
establishes a policy for calculating residential densities in the
rural area of the City. This development is consistent with the
policy outlined in this resolution.
