The following is a list of the projects: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />North <br />Avenue <br />NW) <br /> <br />1/2 of Hagen's unp]atted area (l?6th Avenue NW, 180th <br />NW, Eaton Street NW, Halas Street NW and Ermine Blvd. <br /> <br />2) Countryside Estates <br /> <br />3) Bolder, Eagle Estates <br /> <br />4) Sports Haven <br /> <br />5) Carol Rose Acres <br /> <br />6) Riverwood Hills Plat I <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />NE area of City lying south and west of C.S.A.H. You <br />could approve all twelve resolutions with one motion if you concur <br />all the projects should be done. However, the City Engineer recommends <br />that 153rd Avenue NW from T.H. #47 to Roanoke Street NW and from <br />County Road #83 to Pu~,~a Street NW be delayed. Both of these segments <br />of road were sealcoated five years ago and appear to be in good <br />condition.
