Voting yes: <br />Abstaining: Abser, t: <br /> <br />Voting no: <br /> <br />(2) Ordering Feasibility for Extending 153rd Avenue NW from Puma <br /> Street NW to Ar, drie Street NW: <br /> <br />Enclosure (DS-l) contains a letter from North Fork, Inc. requesting the <br />construction of 153rd Avenue NW from Puma Street NW to Andrie Street <br />NW. Northfork has also stated that they will be willing to pick up <br />the er, gineering costs and construction costs on this street in the <br />event the MSAS desigr~ation cannot be worked out with Mn/DOT and/or Elk <br />River. <br /> <br />In addition to being on the City's MSAS syste~, this street extension <br />is showr~ as a proposed collector on the thoroughfare plan in the <br />City' s Co~,~preher~sive Plan. <br /> <br />If you decide to proceed with the extension of 153rd Avenue NW fron~ <br />Puma Street NW to Andrie Street NW as requested by North Fork, a <br />feasibility study should be ordered to determine the financing of the <br />project.
