In talking to residents and surveying residents of <br />the co~,unity, the reaction is that set-up businesses <br />are not what they would like to see. The poll shows <br />that 71% of the residents polled are against set-up <br />licenses. <br /> <br />b. We also feel that set-up licenses would be in direct <br />competition with On-Sale establishments, which, in our <br />opinion, the City needs more of. Being a third class <br />City, Ramsey may issue 12 On-Sale licenses. In talking <br />to residents of our conununity, we have foun~ that they <br />are in favor of more restaurants with On-Sale licenses. <br /> <br />c. We also see a possible policing problem~ where the <br />extablishment does not have direct control over the <br />1 iquor consumed. <br /> <br /> <br />
