170.016A R-IR RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate single f~ily dwelling units in <br />the rural area at a maximum density of 1 dwelling unit per 10 acres. Refer to <br />this section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, <br />standards, accessory structures, fences, and environmental protection and <br />critical rivers, flood plain and scenic river regulations. <br /> <br />I?O.016B ~-U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate single f~nily dwelling units in <br />the urban area at a maximum density of 4 single family units per acre. Refer <br />to this section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, <br />standards, accessory structures, fences, and environmental protection and <br />critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers regulations. <br /> <br />170.016C R-2U_KESIDENTIALDISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate two family dwelling units at a <br />maximum density of 4 single family units or 3 two family units per acre. Refer <br />to this section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, <br />standards, accessory structures, fences and environmental protection and <br />critical rivers, flood plain and scenic river regulations. <br /> <br />l?O.016D R-3U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate multiple dwellings and multiple <br />dwelling complexes at a maximum density of ? units per acre. Refer to this <br />section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, standards, <br />fences, storage, landscaping, lighting, exterior materials, screening, and <br />enviromnental protection and critical rivers, flood pIain and scenic rivers <br />regulations. Planned unit developments within this district alloy for general <br />commercial and office development. <br /> <br />170.016E ME MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate mid-density residential housing, <br />at a maximum density of 15 units per acre, to act as a buffer between lower <br />density residential districts and the B-1 Business District. Refer to this <br />section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, standards, <br />fences, storage, screening, lighting, landscaping, exterior materials, and <br />environmental protection and critical rivers, flood plain, and scenic rivers <br />re§ulations. Planned unit developments within this district alloy for general <br />commercial and office development. <br /> <br />170.016F ~-1 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate general commercial activities. <br />Refer to this section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted <br />uses, standards, storage, landscaping, screening, lighting, architectural <br />controls and environmental protection and critical rivers, flood plain and <br />scenic rivers regulations. <br /> <br />170.016G ~-2 BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate certain restricted business uses <br />to act as a buffer between the B-1 Business District and residential districts. <br /> <br /> <br />
