Refer to this section of <br />the ordinance for reguIations regarding permitted uses, standards, storage, <br />landscaping, screening, lighting, architectural controls, and environmental <br />protections and critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers <br />regulations. <br /> <br />170.016I INDUSTEIAL DISTEICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate general industrial activities. <br />Refer to this section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted <br />uses, accessory uses, standards, storage, landscaping, screening, lighting, <br />and environmental protection and critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers <br />regulations. <br /> <br />170.0163 RI RURAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to permit certain restricted industrial uses in <br />areas outside of the City's urban sewer service area. Refer to this section of <br />the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, accessory uses, <br />standards, storage, landscaping, screening, lighting, architectural controls, <br />and environmental protection and critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers <br />regulations. <br /> <br />170.016K plANNED UNIT DEVELOPHENT <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to provide a district which will encourage: <br />flexibility in land development, affordable housing to all income groups, <br />energy conservation, preservation of desireable land characteristics, more <br />effective and efficient use of land, and a high quality of designs compatible <br />with surrounding land uses. Refer to this section of the ordinance for <br />re§ulations regarding criteria, procedure, resorting, development guarantees, <br />requirements for preliminary and final plans, compliance, and environmental <br />protection and critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers regulations. <br /> <br />170.016L i_ii~Ll~a~ <br /> <br />The intent of this district is to accommodate agricultural uses and property in <br />the City at a maximum density of 1 dwelling unit per 40 acres. Refer to this <br />section of the ordinance for regulations regarding permitted uses, standards, <br />and environmental protection and critical rivers, flood plain and scenic rivers <br />regulations. <br /> <br />170.017 PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br /> <br />These performance standards are designed to encourage a high standard of <br />development and shall be enforced by the Zoning Officer. All future <br />development, and existing development when so stated, will be required to meet <br />these standards. <br /> <br /> <br />
