Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The Co~ission recessed at 10:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meetin/ back to order at 10:20 <br /> <br />Request For Preliminary Plat Approval: Case Of Nr. Ken Johnson: <br /> <br />The Co~ission reviewed City ln/ineer's report dated July 8, 1986. <br /> <br />Chairman Paterson inquired if Hr. Johnson has given any more consideration to <br />going with two 10-acre lots. <br /> <br />Nr. Johnson requested that the Conaission proceed to take action on the <br />proposed plat consisting of $ lots. <br /> <br />A1Koenig suggested Nr. Johnson give some thought to developing the proper~y as <br />a P.U.D. with 9 or 10 lot one acre lots and 501 left to open space. Nr. Koeni§ <br />explained that his property is adjacent to Nr. Johnson's; he would like to <br />develop and doin~ so under a P.U.D. would lend itself to a unified development <br />plan on both parts. <br /> <br />~otion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to table <br />Johnson's request for prelhninary plat approval until the next regular ~eeting <br />of the Plannin~ Co=isaiah due to plat deficiencies sited in the City <br />Engineer's report dated July 8, 1986 and concern expressed regardin~ road <br />alignment and grade. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Zinmerman stated that there could be a better <br />road alignment to the northeast that would eliminate the corner lot of Autumn <br />Heights fro~being surrounded on three sides by roadways. Conunissioner Deemer <br />noted that one of the lot 4'a might have to be used for drainage. Nr. Struvy <br />inquired if he has the right to request a delay of any action on the plan until <br />he has had an opportunity to obtain determinations from realtors and attorneys <br />as to whether or not the proposed development will impact his property value. <br /> July 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 7 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
