Root: <br /> <br />As you recall, ye discussed my letter of June 3, 1986 regarding <br />concerns vith the operation of your automobile sales and repair <br />service from 14700 Novthen ~lvd. N.I/. At that time, you assured <br />me that you ~ould comply vith the conditions of your conditional <br />use permit agreement and of the City Code no later than July 9, <br />1986. These issues include: 1) no outdoor storage of materials <br />other th~n autombiles; 2) the hours of operation; 3) ~dequately <br />surfaced off-street pnrkin~ ares. To date these issues ba~e not <br />been resolved to the City's satisfaction. <br /> <br />In addition, it appears that you are storing construction <br />vehicles on the prezises and operating a second business from <br />this property. Such use is not permitted in this zone. <br /> <br />As ye have discussed a majority of the~e issues and you assured <br />me that they ~ould be resolved by July 3, 1986, please consider <br />this letter as my notice to begin proceedings for revocation of <br />your conditional use permit to operate an automobile sales and <br />repair business from 14700 Novthen Blvd. <br /> <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or need <br />further information on this matter. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />CITY OF ~L~ <br /> <br />Anne L.
