Root: <br /> <br />As we have discussed· you appear to be wiolating certain <br />provisions of your conditional use pern£t agreement with the City <br />for the auto sales and repair business at 14700 Novtben Doulevard <br />N.I~. As you recall, these violations include: <br /> <br /> Outdoor storage of materials other than operable <br /> automobiles; <br />2. Bouts of operation which do not conpl7 with those in the <br /> conditional use permit agreement; <br />3. ~ne parking area is not of a dust-free surface; and <br /> Storage of construction vehicles and equipment on the <br /> slte. <br /> <br />On several different occasions, you have assured ne that the <br />construction equipment would be removed .from the site and that <br />the other violations of the conditional use permit agreenent <br />would be corrected i~mediately. To date, these corrections have <br />not occurred. <br /> <br />I have reviewed this matter with the City Attorney. He has <br />recommended that the matter be presented to the City Council to <br />consider revoking the conditional uae pernit for the auto sales <br />and repair business. Therefore· I have placed this item on the <br />agenda for the August 26· 1986 City Council meeting for the <br />Council's consideration. <br /> <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or need <br />further information on this matter.
