Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #16: <br /> <br />Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Building Larger than <br />35,000 Square Feet in the TC-2 Zoning District; Case of Ramdance, LLC <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon explained the TC-2 District requires a <br />Conditional Use Permit for buildings larger than 35,000 square feet. The applicant has submitted <br />an application for a CUP in order to construct the grocery store. The Planning Commission and <br />staff recommend approval of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Pearson, second by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #04- <br />07-197 adopting Findings of Fact #0688 relating to Ramdance LLC's request for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to construct a building larger than 35,000 square feet in the TC-2 Zoning District. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Pearson, Elvig, Cook, Kurak, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman.
