Root: <br /> <br />As you recall, ye discussed my letter of June 3, 1986 regarding <br />concerns vith the operation of your automobile sales and repair <br />service froa 14700 l~ovthen Blvd. N.W. At that ti~e, you assured <br />me that you vould comply vitb the conditions of your conditional <br />use per,~it agreement and of the City Code no later than July 9~ <br />1986. These issues include: l) no outdoor storage of aaterials <br />other than autombiles; 2) the hours of operation; 3) adequately <br />surfaced off-street parking ~rea. To date these issues have not <br />beeu resolved to the City's ~atisfaction. <br /> <br />In addition, it appears that you are storing construction <br />vehicles on the preniaes and operating a second business from <br />this property.
