A~ you recall, these violations include: <br /> <br />1. Outdoor storage of materials other than operable <br /> automobiles; <br />2. Mours of operation which do not comply with those in the <br /> conditional use permit agreement; <br />3. The parking area is not of a dust-free surface; and <br />4. Storage of construction vehicles and equipment on the <br /> site. <br /> <br />On several different occasions, you have assured me that the <br />construction equipment would be removed .from the site and that <br />the other violations of the conditional uae permit agreement <br />would be corrected immediatel7. To date, these corrections have <br />not occurred. <br /> <br />I have reviewed this matter with the City Attorney. Me has <br />recommended that the matter be presented to the City Council to <br />consider revoking the conditional use permit for the auto sales <br />and repair business. Therefore, I have placed this item on the <br />agenda for the August 26, 1986 City Council meeting for the <br />Council's consideration. <br /> <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or need <br />further information on this matter.
