projects the need for lift stations in the far low lying areas
and along the Mississippi River. Our detailed analysis concurs
with the Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan.

Due to an existing telephone cable along the north side of the
railroad, it is proposed to place the sewer approximately 260
feet north of the railroad right-of-way and follow the proposed
139th Avenue N.W. in the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park as shown on
Exhibit B. This would allow for the placement of a street over
the trunk sewer and the use of the right-of-way for both street
and sewer. It is not proposed to provide individual services
along the trunk line where platting has not been completed.
However, drop manholes would be provided to allow for the
extension of lateral sewers for future service.

In addition to the 30 inch trunk sewer line, it is proposed to
extend a 12 inch sub-trunk sewer north from the 30 inch line
within Azurite Street to the north side of Industry Avenue.

This line would also provide lateral sewer benefit to the pro-
perties fronting on Azurite Street adjacent to the 12 inch sub-
trunk sewer. An eight inch service line will also be installed
to serve Mate Punch & Die Co. and The Iron Works. The estimated
costs do not include the extension of services beyond the street
right-of-way.
