Rickman to resolve some of these problems. <br /> <br />Commissioner Howell stated that a couple of members of the Economic Development <br />Commission should ·las york on this case. <br /> <br />{ir. llickmau stated that he is willing to work with the City but he does not <br />want to change the image of his business. <br /> <br />Canal·siGners Zimmermau and Hendriksen stated that they like Mr. Hickman's <br />business; the intent is not to change the business image; providing a <br />designated parking ·rea is a small concession to make. The City is looking for <br />a sign of good faith that {ir. nickmau is willing to resolve some of these <br />issues by providing · professionally prepared site plan; the Commission viii be <br />glad to meet with {ir.
