Motion by C~mmissioner Zimmerman and seoonded by Ommissioner 8b~m~ay to reamm~nd approval of rezoning the south 150' only of Mr. Nobert Muller's parcel located directly north of the shopping oenter on the north side of 167th Avenue fr~m 1%-1 to B-1. ~is action is based on the current use and lease of the property ar~ the ~ for additional parking area. Further Discussion: Discussion ensued as to whether or not part/al rezoning will in effect create a subdivision. Motion carried. Motion by Gommissioner La~ and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to reoo~d approval of Ms. Connie Skarbakka's request for a oonditional use permit to operate an acoountin9 business fr~m her ~ at 17811 Gibbon Street N.W. oontingent upon Ms. Skarbakka entering into a development agreement with the City.
