I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Motion by Om~lsstoner Zi~eman and ~eco~ded by Oommtsstoner Bowell to <br />reca~end approval of the preliminary plat of Voltin's Oak Bill Estates as <br />requested by Mr. Dale Voltin contingent upon co~pliance with City Engineer's <br />Report dated January 30, 1986. Further, that the Commission r~nds a <br />variance be granted to oul-de-sac length. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Comtsstoner De,er stated that a 66' utility easement <br />along the north end of I~t 4 should be provided and Mr. Voltin was agreeable to <br />that suggestion. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Oommisstoners Deemer, Shumway, <br />~in~nerman, Howell, Bendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Ms. K~IX stated that class size would be 3-6 persons and class frequency would <br />probably be 4 classes a week; class size and frequency is really subject to the <br />demand. With regards to adequate p~rking, Ms. Kem~f stated that she owns the <br />frontage road in front of her house and the driveway is 60' long. <br /> <br />Motion by Co,missioner Shu~way and seconded by C(m~issioner De~mer to adopt the <br />proposed findings of fact relatin9 to Ms. Kathleen Kempf's request to operate a <br />folk art instruction and supply business fr~m her home at 15220 St. Francis <br />Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chaiman Peterson, Commissioners Sh~way, ~-~er, <br />Zimmerman, Bendriksen, Bowell and LaDue. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Om~issioner Zi~erman and seconded by Ccmmissioner Ber~riksen to <br />recommend approval of Ms. Kathleen Kempf's request for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a folk art instruction and supply business from her home at 15220 <br />St. Francis Blvd. N.W. contingent upon Ms. K~mpf entering into a conditional <br />use permit agre~ent with the City. Further, that the following condition be <br />added to the permit agre~uent: <br /> <br />~hat no retail sales, other than to registered students, be conducted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Co~uissioners T~r~m, Bowell, <br />Bendriksen, ~uer, Zimeman and Sh~mvay. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Camissioner Deemer and seconded by Ca~issioner Zime _m_u to adopt <br />the findings of fact relating to Mr. Knudson's request for a conditional use <br />permit to operate his oement contracting business fr~m his home at 15401 <br />Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Oumuissioners B~ell, LaDue, <br />~-mer and Zinmerman.
