Mr. Goodrich stated <br />that Council does not have the right to table the case based on proposed <br />~endments to the ordinance, but Council can place a moratoriu~ on the <br />ordinance itself. Mr. (k)odrich stated that the past general policy in Ramsey <br />has been to approve requests for home occupation permits; denial of this <br />request would require the adoption of a findings of fact. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Cox withdrew his motion and Counci~r Reiman withdrew his <br />second to the motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to table Ms. <br />Skarbakka's request for a home occupation until such time as Ms. Skarbakka can <br />be present to answer questions relating to the request that Council might have. <br /> <br />February 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Page 12 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
