North F~rk. ~na.: Mr. Goodrich stated that the covenants has been revised and reconmended approval. Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to approve Resolution 186-23 permitting the ~nendment of the North Fork restrictive oovenants in accordance with the City Attorney's recommendation. Bartley, City Ac%ninistrator, to be excluded from the Public Employees Retir~ent Association. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #86-19). Further Discussion: Mr. Goodrich stated that this action is consistent with the City's employment oontract with Mr. }{artley. Motion carried.
