ACTION PLA~ <br />GENERAL GOVERNMENT <br /> <br />NEED: More vigorous enforcement of laws and regulations; and <br /> the need for understandable laws and regulations that work. <br /> <br />This need requires a total review of our laws and regulations to determine if <br />the l~ws ~nd regulations meet or exceed the purpose for which they were <br />intended.
