CASE %3: DISCUSSION REGARDING REDUEST FROM AIRPORT COMMISSION R~DING POSSIBILITY OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AIRPORT At a special meeting of the Ramsey Airport C__n~m_ ission held on June 26, 1985, the Ommnission discussed the pos- sibility of util/zing tax incr~ent financing to assist in the costs for the future development of the airport. The Cxm~i~ion concluded that the matter should be referred to the EDC for their review, oo~m~ent, and re- search. Enclosed in (D2-b) are the minutes frcm the June 26, 1985 Airport Cc~mission meeting. Mr. Jack Ippel, Chairman of the Airport C~_~ ission, will be at the July 10 EDC meeting to discuss this matter with you.
