Abstain: Council~nber Cox. <br /> <br />Gouncilmember (Dx pointed out that the Park Commission did make a <br />reoo~nendation on April 18 directing that the funds raised be placed in the <br />Park General Fund and that motion did carry. <br /> <br />Tax Increment Financing: <br /> <br />(buncil unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Gouncil reviewed the Tax Increment Development Plan. <br /> <br />Motion by (buncilm~mber (]ox to table action until the n~xt Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Motion by Oouncilmenber (bx to adopt Resolution %85- establishing a Tax <br />Increment Financing Development Progra~ in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Motion by Gouncilme~ber (bx and seconded by Mayor Heitman to table any further <br />action on the Tax Increment Development Progra~ until (buncil's meeting <br />scheduled for July 23, 1985. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
