(Duncilm~rber Schlueter also noted that Oouncil unanimously denied Mr. Ness; pres~re that this motion does not include reversing the action in Mr. Ness' case. Mayor Heitman stated that his motion is on the praise that in order to get to a new and clean baseline, he will against his original thoughts. Motion by Oouncilm~rber Sorteberg and seoonded by Gouncil~rber Schlueter to schedule a special Oo~cil meeting for 6:30 p.m. on October 1 to meet with Planning and Zoning regarding the acoessory structure size ordinanoe; further, that Oouncil take action on the ordinance and the tabled requests for variances at the special (Duncil ~eeting scheduled for October 8.
