A~sroval of 1985 Mid-Year Budget An~nc]n~nts: Finance Officer Noel Graczyk was ~esent to r~iew the 1985 Mid-Year Budget ;~rendments with council. council discussed with Mr. Gracyzk the $30,000 increased transfer fr(~ Landfill Trust Fund to Park Fund for lighting. Mr. Sch~elle r~ted that these funds will not be transferred until when and if there is a ~otion by council to do so. Motion by Gouncil~ber COx and seconded by Mayor Beitman to adopt Resolution ~85-186 adopting mid-year budget awendments for 1985, with the following adjustments: (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~85-186). 1. Delete Landfill Trust Fund Other Financing Use for $30,000. 2. Delete Park Fund Other Financing Source for $30,000. 3. Delete Park Fund Other Impr(w~m~.nts for $30,000. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Gouncilme~bers Sorteberg, COx, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. B. Review Of Proposed 1986 City_ Budget: Mr. Graczyk reviewed the lxo_posed 1986 City budget with council. Mr. Graczyk stated that this budget must be 9~itted to the County by October 10 but Ramsey has received an exte~ion until October 29. C. Review An~ Adoption Of Revenge Sharing_ Bu~ge_ t: Mr. Graczyk stated that the p~oposed uses are the recommendation of the Budget (k~mittee. Gouncilm~ber (]ox stated that he had hoped that re~enu~ ~haring could be used for lighting at Gentral Park. D. Approval Of Maintenance Ag_reagents For OmTu_ terS: Mr. Graczyk re(x~mended continuing this coverage.
