I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> Within ten (10) days following receipt of written approval from <br />the A§ency Director, the Company shall initiate the approved study. <br /> <br /> within thirty (30) days after completion of the study, the Company <br />shall submit to the Agency Director a written report of the study's conclusions <br />and recommendations on whether remedial action is necessary at the site. If no <br />remedial action is recommended, the report shall include the justification for <br />that recommendation. <br /> <br /> If the Agency Director determines on the basis of the soil and <br />ground water study that remedial action is necessary at the Company's site, the <br />Agency Director shall request the Company to submit a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) <br />and schedule which addresses any soil or ground water contamination identified <br />by the study. The plan shall be submitted within thirty (30) days of the <br />Company's receipt of the Agency Director's request. <br /> <br /> within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Agency <br />Director's written approval, the Company shall implement the RAP. <br /> <br /> f. On or before September 3, 1985, the Company shall develop and <br />send to the A§ency examples of the personnel training program and a copy of the <br />contingency plan. <br /> <br /> 9. On ur befor~ September 3, 1985, ~he Company sha]l submit to <br /> <br />Anok~ County an(t a copy to ~he Agency the hazardous waste license application. <br /> <br /> h. Until the Company has obtained a generator identification number, <br />evaluuLed all waste streams, prepared manifests and the license application is <br />al)proved by the county and tile Agency Director, no hazardous waste shall be <br /> <br /> <br />
