These can be waived by the Zoning <br />Administrator if adequate data is already available. <br /> <br />Access points from State Trunk Highway No. 47 and the proposed <br />bridge crossing will have to be approved by MN/DOT and the Anoka <br />County Highway Department. Also, a variance for access onto a <br />major highway will be required for both lots. <br /> <br />The proposed plat is located in Storm Drainage District Forty- <br />Three.
