Motion by Oouncilmember Reimann and seoor~k~d by Councilmember Schlueter to adopt Resolution 185-62 authorizing the City Staff to receive certain easements in the plat of River's Bend by dccd. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution t85-62). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Oouncilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Motion by Oouncilmember Cox and seoonded by fbuncilmember Reimann to set a public hearing for March 26, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the vacation of certain easements in the plat of River's Bend. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Cox, Sorteberg, l~eimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seoonded by Mayor Beitman to approve of the fire oontract for 1985 as submitted by the Anoka-Champlin Joint Fire Department.
