Mayor Heitman withdrew his motion ~nd Councilm~mber Cox withdrew his seoond to the motion. Motion by Councilm~mber Gox and seconded by Mayor Heitman directing City Staff to develop a resolution stating Ramsey's desire that no goverr~ent body, at the County or State level, do anything to encourage expansion of the present landfill or development of Site P. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: No~e. Use Of Three- And Four-Wt~-~l Drive Recreational Vehicles In The City_ Of Ramsey Co~cilm~mber Schlueter inquired as to a resident's oouse of action when these types of vehicles are trespassing. ~hief Auspos stated that the resident should register a complaint with the Police Depar~ent and be willing to testify, if necessary, against the person doing the illegal riding. Illegal riding would be trespassing onto personal property or public road ditches and right-of-way. Case #3 .A.'
