Provisions for utilities; <br /> <br />g. bo~cling ~nd unloading areas; and <br />h. ~he n~ture of ~oining lan~ mxVor buil~ings. <br /> <br />In addition, the Planning Commissio shall consider oral or <br />written statements fro~ the applicant, the public, or its own <br />m~mbers. The application may not be tabled for more than one <br />regularly scheduled meeting, except if the applicant does not <br />appear before the Commission or at the applicant's request. <br />Failure of the applicant to al~ear before the Commission shall be <br />oonstrued as a request to table. The Commission may recommend <br />necessary oonditions and safeguards on the use. <br /> <br />~he City Council shall review the application and findings and <br />rec0~e~_tion of the Planning (k~mission and shall act upon said <br />application within 30 days after receipt from the Planning <br />Commission.
