This is <br />68% of the site, theretbre, the parcel will have a residential equivalent unit (REU) of 9.76 and the <br />quarterly billing J~br the stormwater utility will be $246.03 at 2004 rates <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station, 15050 .Armstrong Blvd., to review the proposed site plan.
