When said structures are <br />divided by party walls without openings, each portion of <br />such building so separated shall be deemed a separate <br />building. <br /> <br />BUILDING HEIGHT: A distance to be measured from the mean <br />ground level to the top of a flat roof, to the mean distance <br />of the highest gable on a pitched or hip roof, to the deck <br />line of a mansard roof, to the uppermost point on all other <br />roof types. <br /> <br />]~~: Any establishment, occupation, employment or <br />enterprise where merchandise is manufactured, exhibited or <br />sold, or where services are offered for o0mpensation. <br /> <br />BDSINE$S SERVICE: Any business activity which renders <br />service to other commercial or industrial enterprises. <br /> <br />CARI~RT: An automobile shelter open on one (1) or more <br />sides. <br /> <br />~: That portion of a building between floor and <br />ceiling which is wholly or partly below grade and so located <br />that the vertical distance from grade to the floor below is <br />equal to or greater than the vertical distance from grade to <br />ceiling. <br /> <br />f~{UR~: A building, together with its accessory buildings <br />and uses, where persons regularly assemble for religious <br />worship and which building, together with its accessory <br />buildings and uses, is maintained and controlled by a <br />religious body organized to sustain public worship. <br /> <br />CL~IC: Any establishment where human patients are <br />examined and treated by doctors or dentists but not <br />hospitalized over-night. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
